She went deep into muscles that I believed were “problem areas” but was also paying such close attention that she would discover areas needing TLC that I was unaware of. She also narrated her exploration to me in a way that made me think of my body in a totally new, enlightening way.

“Kerstin’s studio feels magical and enchanting; tables adorned with crystals, zen-zone musical playlist gently rocking in the background and a soothing essential oil mist drifting in the air. As tranquil as it is, this is an interactive experience where I have lots to learn and also to contribute. Kerstin is fully dialed-in and expertly gauging reactions and breath. It's an exploration (and major treatment!) of muscle, tendons, fascia and more. The "goal" is to relax, breathe and release tension, but you float away with so much more!”

Kerstin is a very gifted body worker. She is able to locate knots and problem areas with her thumbs and elbows, in a similar fashion that metal detectors find treasure on the beach.
